How to deposit money to our email address

Now customers can send money to SnapSwap for Ripple wallet top up from many major US banks using just the email address. This new payment option is launched on February 12, 2014. Each participating bank has it's own online interface. Bellow is the step-by-step guide how to send money to SnapSwap's email address from Bank of America and Wells Fargo accounts. The guides for other major banks will follow.


Sending money from Bank of America individual account

1. Log in to your online bank, select Transfers -> Send Money to Someone -> Using their email address or mobile number















2. Add SnapSwap as a recipient. Go to Add / Manage Email & Mobile Numbers -> Add a new recipient

3. Enter SnapSwap information as bellow and authenticate with your method of authentication

Recipient Type: Business
Business Name: SnapSwap, Inc.
Nickname: SnapSwap (or whatever you want to call us in your online bank :)
Email address: deposit@snapswap.us

4. Confirm new recipient, go to Send Money and create the transfer. Warning: do not forget to reference your username and your invoice number in the Message field


5. Confirm the transfer and see it in your transaction ledger

Sending money from Wells Fargo individual account

1. Log in to your online bank, go to Transfers & Payments -> Transfers -> WF SurePay -> Add Recipient and enter SnapSwap information in the form


First Name: SnapSwap
Last Name: Inc
Nickname: SnapSwap (or whatever you want to call us in your online bank :)
Send By: Email Address
Email: deposit@snapswap.us
Your Preferred Name: your name or username

2. Create an outgoing transfer. Warning: do not forget to reference your username and invoice number in the Description field
















3. Confirm the transfer and see it in your transactions ledger
